It's my mom's 90th birthday next weekend at Hawley lake. We are staying in a cabin and others are camping. I volunteered to do the dinner. At the last minute I need to change my menu (for reasons I won't go into). Is Hawaiian Haystacks too lame?? Suggestions?? 200 people!

Why would they be too lame? Quick, easy, could be made before hand--sounds good to me. Whatever you need in the way of help let me know. Can I do the rice, some of the condiments, etc?
I think that's a great idea! Plus it's ideal for large groups b/c picky eaters can choose what to put on. Wish we could be there!
