Maui Baby!

Spent a wonderful week on the beach in Maui celebrating our 30th anniversary.  Kimberlee met us there from Australia and Kiersten and Ginger went with us also.  Here's a few pics.

Back from Dallas

Ginger and I had a wonderful time in Dallas.  We missed our scheduled flight but everything worked out and we got there a little later.  She interviewed with Dallas Children's Hospital for a flight nurse position but didn't get the job.  We visited my brother Taylor, his wife Charmaine and kids McKenzie & Christopher.  We went shopping at the Galleria, which is the best mall I have ever been to!  I also visited the Mary Kay Headquarters.  I tried to visit with Donelle Quinn but her car broke down and she couldn't make it. It was a wonderful weekend.

Off to Dallas

Ginger and I are taking a trip to Dallas today. We'll be back Sunday. She is applying for a flight nurse position at Dallas Children's Hospital. I am going along for support and to visit my brother, Taylor, and my friend Donelle Quinn. I should have picture and stories when I return!

My Friend Ginger

Our friend Ginger is going to join us on our trip to Hawaii in May.  Ginger and I met while working at a nurse educator call center about 6 years ago.  She was a flight nurse and when she found out I was too, the words that came flying out of her mouth were "What the -- are we doing here! "

 And we've been friends ever since!  

Teaching At ASU College of Nursing

Faculty at ASU's East campus was able to meet with the Dean of the College of Nursing. Here is a picture of the Faculty and Dean I have had the pleasure of working with.

Tristan Arrives

This has been such a blessed day for our family.  Lindsay was induced last night, but Tristan did not want to arrive!   Finally at 1pm today, Lindsay had an emergency C-section and Tristan arrived healthy and happy.  Mom and baby are doing well.   At 8 pound 7 ounces he is round and beautiful.  Grandson #3 and grandbaby #4.  Another paycheck, as my Dad would say.  Enjoy the pictures!
